Part exchange is the sale of your home to a builder (or PXS acting on behalf of a builder) enabling you to purchase a new home without the need to wait to sell your own.

What is chain break?
Chain break works in a similar way to part exchange. Your details are referred to PXS when typically your chain has collapsed or you need to sell a property with certainty. PXS will buy your home (or any other property in the chain if there is one) to enable you to move with certainty and on time.
